The tour price doesn't include the admission of Skywalk in Grand Canyon West Rim. Skywalk will be scheduled in the itinerary and you can purchase the admission from your tour guide as it's one of the optional tours.

we are 3 adults taking TOUR2-604...for triple occupancy do you provide extra bed ? have we to pay extra for the third person except at the los angeles hotel?

The hotel rooms booked with your tour will usually feature two double beds, which are meant to provide adequate comfort for two travelers.
The 3rd person, must share with the 1st & 2nd travelers in the same room (2 double beds). For Extra beds, extra items and services (such as extra toiletries and towels) please check directly with the hotel for availability and any additional fees.
When you select 3 passengers in the booking area of the tour page, the system will automatically add the applicable admission fee = $24.00 ( Los Angeles hotel).

Yes, the bus will be equipped with a restroom on board.
However, this restroom is used for emergency purposes only as the tour guide will stop every 2-3 hours for restroom and stretching breaks.

I noticed on a couple of your 7 and 10 day San Fran/LA tours that you mention that the itinerary order may change depending on the day you start the tour. However when I type in the days I want to travel, the itinerary order doesnt seem to change so not sure how to work out which days are the best to travel since I want to end up in Las Vegas but it appears to be in the middle of the tour Thanks Helen

The itinerary order will not be automatically changed online according to the date you selected. The local tour office will arrange the itinerary according to the tour start date.
If you would like to end the tour in Las Vegas, please leave us a comment under the comments section when completing your reservation online.
We will double confirm the itinerary order and check if it is possible to end in Las Vegas on the last day before we confirm your booking.

I am interested in a number of your tours with possible departure dates of late January to early February for myself and my daughter (mid 20's) I noticed that most of them are only showing availability up until Dec 14. Will they be available in Jan/Feb or not due to the winter months. Thanks Helen
